By ordering you confirm you are acquiring these materials for lawful research purposes, that you are qualified to handle them safely, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order from us. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Laws governing research chemicals differ by country, state and locality. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully receive and possess what you order at your delivery address, including any import requirements. We do not provide legal advice on this and cannot assess your jurisdiction for you.
Descriptions, specifications and research summaries on this site are provided for informational purposes and are drawn from published literature. Referencing a study is not a claim about what a compound does. Much of the cited research is preclinical, and preclinical findings do not establish effects in humans.
We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance, and we will not do so on request.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We are not bound by pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. Payment must clear before dispatch. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the network.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. You are responsible for supplying a correct and deliverable address; reshipment after a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is at your cost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify Peps Depot against claims arising from your use, handling, storage or onward supply of products purchased from us, including any use inconsistent with the research-use-only basis on which they are sold.
Content on this site, including written descriptions, research summaries and images, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Cited studies remain the property of their publishers; we link to sources rather than reproducing them.
