Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays outside our control are not included in these estimates.
Every order ships in discreet packaging with no external product marking. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature in transit, so cold-chain shipping is not required. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival for longer-term storage.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace items that arrive damaged, or that do not match what you ordered, at no cost to you.
Photograph the parcel before opening it fully if there is visible damage. That single photo resolves most claims immediately.
Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling after they leave us, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product, or of product that has been out of our custody. This is standard for research chemical supply and exists to protect the next buyer, not to avoid refunds.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will reship or refund.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can amend or cancel an order at any point before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped we cannot recall it.
