Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is collected.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship with no external product marking, and the sender name on the label does not identify the contents.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency is our primary method. Other options are listed at checkout. Card networks prohibit this product category, which is why crypto is the reliable route — it also means payments cannot be reversed or frozen mid-order.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, per lot. The COA corresponds to the lot number printed on your vial label — not a generic sample from an earlier batch. Email us that lot number and we will send the certificate.
What purity are your peptides?
Lots test at 99% or above by HPLC, with identity confirmed by LC-MS. Both tests matter: purity alone does not confirm the material is the right compound.
How do I reconstitute a lyophilized vial?
Bring the vial to room temperature, add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall, and swirl gently — never shake. Every product page has step-by-step detail for that compound, and our calculator works out the concentration for you.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized and sealed, they are stable for over 24 months at −20 °C, or around 12 months refrigerated. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, roughly 3 to 4 weeks at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Does my order need refrigerated shipping?
No. Lyophilized peptide is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so cold-chain shipping is unnecessary. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival for longer storage.
What is a kit versus a single vial?
A kit is 10 vials of the same compound and strength, and it is the unit we price and negotiate on. Per-vial cost is lower in a kit. Singles are one vial, for smaller quantities or trying a compound first.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from the USA. Contact us before ordering from outside the country so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your location.
Can I order wholesale?
Yes. Minimum order for wholesale pricing is 100 vials, which can be spread across compounds. See our wholesale page to request the current sheet.
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we supply is for laboratory research use only and is not for human consumption. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace damaged or incorrect items.
