Compound comparison

GLOW vs KLOW

Both are multi-peptide preparations built on the same three-component base. KLOW adds a fourth peptide.

GLOW combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW is that same base plus KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone studied for activity in inflammatory signalling.

Choosing between them

Researchers choose GLOW when

the three-component base covers the mechanisms under study — matrix, vascular and migration. It is the simpler preparation and the lower cost per vial.

Researchers choose KLOW when

inflammatory signalling is also in scope. KPV is the reason to step up; without that interest, the additional component adds cost without adding relevance.

Common questions

What does the K in KLOW stand for?
KPV — the lysine-proline-valine tripeptide added to the GLOW base.
What is KPV?
The C-terminal tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Research has examined it in inflammatory signalling models, where it appears to retain activity associated with the parent hormone without the pigmentary effects of the full-length molecule.
Why is the solution blue?
The GHK-Cu component is a copper(II) complex, and copper complexes are blue. Both preparations contain it, so both tint blue. That is expected and not a fault.

This comparison covers structure, receptor targets and development stage — matters of published record. It does not rank the compounds or claim either produces better outcomes. Much of the supporting literature is preclinical. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
